Team Strike is our Traditional Kata Team, and it is a dedicated squad of martial artists committed to excellence, discipline, and the preservation of the classical karate form, whilst giving it a modernistic twist. Competing at the highest level across the UK and on the world stage, our athletes train with precision, passion, and respect for the art’s deep-rooted heritage.
We specialise in traditional kata performance, focusing on technical accuracy, power, rhythm, and spirit. Every routine is practised with meticulous attention to detail, reflecting the values of our dojo and the legacy of the masters who shaped these timeless forms.
Throughout the year, our team participates in regional and national tournaments, consistently securing top placements and earning recognition for their skill and sportsmanship. On the international circuit, our athletes proudly represent both club and country at world championships, competing against the finest kata practitioners in the world.
