Plus we have found that by having mixed classes, women are much more prepared in the use of the self-defence techniques we teach, and will be more adept in utilising their skills in real world scenarios.
Our core martial art is Wado Ryu Karate, but we are not a traditional karate club, although discipline is strong & enforced, but we also teach a lot of Kick boxing, JU jitsu, Mauy Thai & Taekwodo techniques. This has help Nemesis to create several World champions in all styles.
We train from three locations, Rivemead Leisure Centre on a Monday, Loddon Valley Leisure Centre on a Wednesday, and Shinfield Infant and Primary School on a Saturday.
We have had members from 5 to 67 years of age successfully training with us.
