Fran is our highly qualified Personal Trainer and dedicated 2nd Dan Black Belt with a passion for empowering people to become stronger, fitter, and more confident. With years of experience in fitness coaching and martial arts, Fran brings a unique, high-energy approach to every session, blending functional training with discipline, motivation, and fun.

Fran’s weekly 45-minute Bootcamp Class is designed for all fitness levels and guarantees a full-body workout that keeps you challenged and constantly progressing. Every session combines strength, cardio, mobility, and martial-arts–inspired conditioning to help you build power, endurance, and real-world fitness. No two classes are the same—Fran keeps the energy high, the pace fast, and the results real.
